- Use your SBDC. It's free and it's good. Use it, and come to us when you want hands-on help.
- We build the file with you. No homework handed over the counter. We go through your books and documents together.
- A former loan-committee perspective. You get the view of someone who has reviewed and voted on files like yours.
- On your side. We have no loan product to sell, and our fees never depend on whether a loan is approved, closed or funded. Our only job is getting you prepared.
