Client Consent Text (EN)

Consent version: 2026-10-v1. Effective date: October 25, 2026. The date and time of each consent are recorded.

1. Privacy notice: "I have read the Portal Privacy Notice."
2. AI-assisted review: "We may use a secure AI tool to help organize your documents. The tool does not keep your data or learn from it. Mark reviews everything it drafts before it is used." The portal itself stores the draft memo with your client file, for Mark only, and deletes it together with your files under the retention policy.
3. Retention: "I understand my files are deleted 90 days after my engagement closes, or sooner if I ask."
4. Authority to share: "I confirm I am authorized to share the documents I upload, including information about other owners or guarantors."

You cannot continue until all four boxes are checked. Each consent is recorded with its date, time and version. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your data. If we make a material change, we will tell you before it applies to your files and ask again where required. We will ask for your consent again before using your information in a new way. Changes are announced by email and on the portal, with a new version number and date.
